There has not been a poll done for at least a year or two to see if there has been a rise or fall in the amount of people getting tattoos. Tattoo Artist Don't Like New Tattoo Ink

There is a new tattoo ink in town, to be quite frank the ink has been available since the fall of 2007 but the ink is just now starting to create some buzz. The new InfinitInk is being advertised as a tattoo ink that goes on permanently but can be removed easily with a single laser treatment.
